🎮 How to Join the Server (Consoles)

Connecting from Xbox, PlayStation, or Switch is now easier than ever! No need to mess with IP addresses or ports.

🤖 The Fastest Way: Use Our Private Bot

I've created a bot to bridge console players directly to the server!

  1. Add the Bot: Search for the Microsoft Gamertag: MCraftSMP
  2. Wait a Moment: Give it a min or two to process.
  3. Join Up: You should see a new World pop up in your World's Tab.
  4. Enter: Just click the world, and it will connect you directly to the server!

🎯 How to Add the Bot (Step-by-Step)

  1. Select Play — Hit the large Play button on the Minecraft main menu.
  2. Move to the Friends Tab — Use your controller bumpers (L1/R1 or LB/RB) to navigate to the Friends tab.
  3. Select "Add Friend" — Type in the Gamertag: MCraftSMP
  4. Send Request — Once the profile appears, hit Add Friend.

👥 New UI Shortcut

If you see the Social Icon (two people) on your main menu:

  • 🟢 Xbox / Switch: Press Y
  • 🔵 PlayStation: Press Triangle
  • Click the Search (magnifying glass) and add MCraftSMP there!

🟦 Backup Accounts

You can add ZeMolePeople337 or joinBNC in the off chance you are having issues with the main bot!

🎮 How to Connect to Bedrock Servers (DNS Method)

Follow the steps for your console to open the BedrockConnect menu and join custom server IPs! Be sure to check the server info for the server IP and port you will need to enter.

🛑 Nintendo Switch

  1. Go to System Settings > Internet > Internet Settings.
  2. Select your network > Change Settings > set DNS Settings to Manual.
  3. Set Primary DNS: 104.238.130.180 | Secondary DNS: 8.8.8.8
  4. Open Minecraft, go to Servers, and join one of these to open the menu:
    • Mineville, Lifeboat, Enchanted, Galaxite, or The Hive

🟢 Xbox

  1. Go to Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > DNS Settings.
  2. Select Manual.
  3. Set Primary DNS: 104.238.130.180 | Secondary DNS: 8.8.8.8
  4. Open Minecraft, go to Servers, and join one of these to open the menu:
    • Mineville, Lifeboat, Enchanted, Galaxite, or The Hive

🔵 PlayStation

  1. Go to Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection.
  2. Press the Options button on your Wi-Fi/LAN > Advanced Settings.
  3. Set DNS Settings to Manual.
  4. Set Primary DNS: 45.55.68.52 | Secondary DNS: 8.8.8.8
  5. Open Minecraft, go to Servers, and join one of these to open the menu:
    • Mineville, Lifeboat, Enchanted, Galaxite, or The Hive
